Strawberry Salad
2 - 3 oz pkg. strawberry gelatin 2 cups boiling water
2 – 3 mashed bananas 2 cups strawberries, mashed or chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple 1 cup sour cream
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in the Prep Essentials Mix-N-Stor Plus Pitcher. Add fruit. Mix well. Pour ½ mixture into
Jel-Ring Mold. Chill until firm. Spread sour cream over congealed mixture. Add rest of gelatin. Chill until set. Un-mold.
